God Is Thinking About You

“How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How great is the sum of them! If I should count them, they would be more in number than the sand... when I awake, I am still with you” (Ps. 139:17, 18).

Are there times in your life when your thoughts darken to the love God has for you? Are you ever moved to ask “Why God”? Do you ever feel that God has forgotten you? Your thoughts hold the key to how you respond in every situation. What you think about God matters. But what you think God thinks of you matters more.

If you believe God does not consider you or pay attention to the circumstances of your life, you block yourself from Him and the love He has for you. Such dark thoughts alienate you from the path of righteousness and peace. Jesus can lead you out of a mind of darkness. Think about His love for you when He gave His life for you. You were on His mind while He suffered the Cross of Calvary.

God thoughts toward you are precious to give you His peace, and a good life. Whatever you are going through today stay your mind on the testimony of God’s word. Your thoughts are fundamental in bringing you into the destiny the Lord has planned for you. You have a purpose in the Lord. It may be different from what you think though. You must trust that He values you and He knows what you need when you need it.

Think about good things. Think on God’s love for you. Think about things above not on matters of the earth. Steady your emotions by staying your mind on God who is Love!
