Sow Into Heaven Change the Earth

“For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, and do not return there, but water the earth, and make it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater, so shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it (Is. 55:10-11).”

Cloud seeding, have you ever heard of it? It's been around since the 1940s when scientists began to implant clouds with tiny particles of silver iodide to make them produce rain or snow. Say what? New proof from the National Science Foundation is revealing that "cloud seeding" does work in nature. Could this be an answer to end drought around the world?

Drought in nature leads to great suffering. But have you considered what spiritual dryness does to people? When you lose the joy of your salvation as a believer, you can become morbid and dangerously introspective.

You are apt to give up and lose your desire to seek the Lord to find Him. Prayer becomes a daily routine rather than an act of devotion that refreshes you daily.

As we take God at His word, we exercise our faith in things unseen. We come into an intimate relationship with Him called a covenant. In human terms, a covenant with God is like a marriage, intricately, and intimately linked with Jesus, our Redeemer. It is an invaluable partnership with you on earth and Christ in heaven. The Lord desires to shower the earth with His blessings like rain pouring down from the sky. You are not a bystander in this relationship but a vital key in manifesting God's kingdom on earth.

As we partner with God and begin to align with His purpose for us on earth, our mouths become His mouth. We move closer to Him, and He puts his words of life in our mouth to speak them out in prayer and declarations. The words He speaks through us are spirit and life. As Proverbs tells us, "A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in settings of silver. May we seed the heavens with the words of God that come out of our mouth. And as we do, refreshment and fruitfulness will pour into our lives and those of which we intercede.
