Your Life Matters
Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, The days fashioned for me, When as yet there were none of them (Psalms 139:16 NKJV).
Living can be a chore some days. When we press through heartache, loss, and endless routine, we may forget how meaningful our lives are. Our Creator skillfully knitted us in the framework of our mother’s womb. He gave us a unique soul to touch humanity. The trace of our fingertips is like no else. He planned out our days before there was one of them. Our books stored in heaven contain our life’s blueprint.
Socialism preaches that no one is special. Everyone should be the same. Any notions of a loving God who created you to have a purpose is a fairy tale. To the socialist, there is only one reality, the material world. In Christ, we lay claim to our birthright as spiritual beings, which makes us all special. Scripture declares God knew us before we were in our mother’s womb and that He saw our unformed substance while there. Every life is a gift.
Did you know the Lord writes in our book the works we are to do while on earth? Our lives have a design that is far above what we could ask for or imagine. Did you know the Lord pre-appoints where we should live on earth? It is He who decides in what period of history we will live. It is no coincidence you are alive at this time and are a part of all that humanity is going through. You are here to make a difference, for, in Him, we are to live and move and have our being.
Your life matters. Your family matters. Your community of faith matters. Dedicate your life to Christ and ask the Lord to show you what He wrote in your book. He authored the book of your life and has finished it. The choice is clear, live for Him, or live for yourself and write your own ticket.
