The Bible tells us that the first miracle of Jesus's public ministry was turning water into wine. He revealed His hidden glory in the middle of a wedding celebration. When your life intertwines with Jesus, your Bridegroom, He turns your weakness into strength and your hopelessness into victory.

Marriage represents the covenant relationship you are to have with Christ. Jesus abides in you, and you abide in Him. Covenants ensure protection for the weaker party, which brings great blessings. The caveat is that we must obey, which requires yielding our way to the One who is higher than us.

If Jesus is supreme in your life, you will see miracles, His hidden glory revealed. Why so? Because you attune your listening ear to Him and do whatever He tells you to do. As a servant of Christ, you obey Him, and amazing things happen; your whole world changes.

Jesus loves you. He wants to involve Himself in your life's highs and lows. He wants to prosper you. When you listen to His instruction to obey it, your will thrive. Where are you going around in circles and getting nowhere? Ask God to help you; quiet yourself and listen for His voice. Whatever He tells you to do, do it! In the end, you will have reason to celebrate.
